G2C Service means the service provided by an entity to citizens involving requests or applications (whether online or offline) for any benefit, privilege, right, permit, reward, license, concession or for any modification, renewal or extension of the enumerated applications or requests which are acted upon in the ordinary course of business of the entity concerned.
